I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, perfectionism, and challenges related to self-esteem and identity. I have a special interest in supporting those struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
I also enjoy supporting parents and caregivers as they navigate the unique challenges, advocacy needs, and life transitions that can accompany caring for children and loved ones with neurodevelopmental differences, medical complexity, and other special needs. As a participant in Stony Brook University’s Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Fellowship Program, I am passionate about helping caregivers feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their journey.
In addition, I enjoy working with college students and emerging adults as they navigate increasing independence, academic and career pressures, identity development, and major life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, Motivational Interviewing (MI), person-centered approaches, and trauma-informed care to help clients build resilience, confidence, and lasting change. I believe that seeking support is a sign of strength and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
