I am deeply committed to my community and always look for ways to improve the lives of those around me. In practice, I use therapeutic modalities including Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients manage experiences such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional issues.
I believe that through supportive counseling and collaboration, I can help my clients identify their strengths and develop strategies to overcome challenges. I strive to empower my clients and assist them in developing a greater sense of self-esteem and confidence. I am an active listener, who believes that everyone has the right to be heard, respected, and provided with a safe space in which to explore their feelings and emotions.
