I utilize aspects of DBT, CBT and motivational interviewing when working with adults and couples. For OCD and anxiety specifically, I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). The basis of my therapeutic practice is built on a humanistic approach, to help foster a safe and comfortable space for clients to establish and reach their goals. Respecting that everyone has different needs, my approach will always prioritize the client’s best interest—meeting them where they’re at in this moment.
Sometimes we need humor, sometimes we need guidance and sometimes we just need someone to listen to us. As a therapist I believe humans are resilient and can overcome adversity. As your therapist, I hope to help you foster that same belief in yourself.
