Her research involved exploring and developing methods to enhance mental health support for individuals who have been affected by the pandemic’s psychological impacts.
As a therapist, Angela’s approach is multi-faceted and draws from various therapeutic techniques. She incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors, ultimately promoting healthier mental well-being. Meditation is another tool she utilizes to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and stress reduction.
In addition to these approaches, Angela specializes in self-esteem management, recognizing the significance of positive self-perception in fostering resilience and coping skills. Her expertise also extends to grief counseling, providing support to individuals who have experienced loss and guiding them through the grieving process.
