Hello, My name is Jaymes. My background is in psychotherapy and life coaching. I have experience working with clients dealing with the everyday anxiety, depression, life transitions and general life stress.
My approach focuses on the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, strength-based therapy, and structured problem solving. These strategies support my clients in creating awareness and promote self discovery to manage their mental health and overall wellbeing.
