This experience has taught me that, while technical clinical skills are important, the connection between you and your therapist is what inspires true self-discovery and change. I believe in a down to earth approach to addressing your struggles. With kindness, humor and compassion, we can work together to accept where you’re at and build a better future.
The bulk of my training is in Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) and I specialize in perinatal mental health along with substance use disorders. I don’t believe in quick fixes or magic therapeutic tools, I believe that our issues are built on a multitude of factors that come from your unique life experiences.
Together, we can look at these factors and address them at a pace that feels right for you.
